2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Variomedia AG, August-Bebel-Straße 68, 14482 Potsdam, Germany, on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Each time you access the site, the server records technical data in log files: the IP address of the requesting device, date and time, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL and your browser and operating system. We use this data solely to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.
Fonts, images and scripts are delivered from our own web space. When you view this website, no connection is made to Google or to any other third party, and no cookies are set (measured on 25 September 2026).
3. Contact form and email
If you write to us via the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, institution, country, phone number, role, area of interest and your message) in order to answer your enquiry. The form sends your enquiry by email via our hosting provider’s mail server to service@timeless-bespoken.com, and a confirmation goes to the email address you gave. To prevent misuse, the server stores a one-way hash of your IP address together with the time of your last submission, which is only used to limit submissions to one per minute. The same applies when you email us directly.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a possible order, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We delete your enquiry once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Orders
TIMELESS | bespoken does not sell directly. Orders are placed with Manufaktur Bavaria (DACH) and robe-shop.com (international); their privacy policies apply: Manufaktur Bavaria · robe-shop.com.
5. Recipients and transfers
Recipient of the data described above is our hosting provider Variomedia AG as our processor. We do not transfer personal data from this website to countries outside the European Union, and we do not use tracking, profiling or automated decision-making.
6. Your rights
